My name is Alex and, although I didn’t know Neil personally, please accept my condolences on the loss of your dear young loved one. The Bible can offer great comfort in these difficult times. When Jesus was on earth, he spoke of a wonderful time when he will call our dead loved ones back to life!! This incredible promise is recorded at John 5:28,29. I hope you can find some comfort in these words. If you would like to learn more about this beautiful hope for the future, please visit I am so sorry for your loss.

Neil will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. He is in God’s memory now. The beautiful scripture at Job 14:13-15 says that He (God) will call those asleep in death and they will answer. Yes, our loving Father promises us the hope of a resurrection of the dead! Good times ahead to look forward to and to give us inner peace and calm now.

I remember in 1976, when Neil was only 4 years old, I was stationed at Ft. Lewis, Washington, and had to go to a US Army School in Virginia. I was gone about a week or so, and Neil told his mother to go get me and bring me home. Ilona told Neil that she couldn't, that dad was in Virginia. Neil said "no, you have the car, so go get dad"! When his mother wouldn't come get me, Neil got on his "big wheel" and headed down the road. Neil made a little over a mile till the Military Police found him "driving" that "big wheel" to Virginia and brought him home. He was bound and determined to go get his dad!!!!!!
