Lucille Evelyn Prince (nee Zivalich), born in Chicago on September 26, 1925, lived with her husband Gerrit and 6 children in Tinley Park, IL for 46 years. In 2003, she moved to Fruita, CO to be near near oldest daughter, Pat Buchanan, and has lived the last 3 years in Colorado Springs. In the presence of family and friends at the New Dawn Memory Care facility in Colorado Springs, CO, she passed from this life to the next on Good Friday, April 14, 2017. She is missed by many especially her "kids" Pat and Buck Buchanan, Maryellen and Mike Naughton, Gerrit and Lisa Prince, George and Debbie Prince, Barb and Bruce Boughton, and Donna and Bill Husar as well as grandkids Joanne Minton, Kelly Meents, Jenny Kessler, Jacob Prince, Tristan Boughton, Hannah Boughton, Kathryn Husar, Gerrit Husar, Brett Husar, Joel Prince, Rachel Prince and 8 great grandkids. Family and friends were blessed to learn many lessons from Lucille during her 91+ years the most important being how to welcome people into her life and love them well. Memorial mass to be held St. Mary’s, Minooka, IL. At 10 am June 24th with gravesite services following at St. Benedict Cemetery, Crestwood, IL.
